Adopt a Highway
If you want to adopt a highway, you can contact your local Adopt-A-Highway coordinator and have a representative (probably a teacher or an adult) sign an agreement and help coordinate your group cleanups. You will help by picking up litter on a stretch of highway at least two times per year for at least two years! All participants in the group must review the safety information provided by MnDOT before every pickup. Participants in highway cleanups must be at least 12 years old, and participants younger than 18 must have adequate adult supervision.
