As a team, <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1wJFXiDuzjNNy3K5dJ5kxUBhPnb-FLJ29ZT8sIPDbdlM\/edit\"><strong>complete your Project Planner<\/strong><\/a> to design a SMART project for your pollinator species &#8211; one that is <strong>S<\/strong>pecific, <strong>M<\/strong>easurable, <strong>A<\/strong>chievable, <strong>R<\/strong>elevant, and <strong>T<\/strong>imely. If your team is helping more than one species, you&#8217;ll need to coordinate on how the project will meet the needs of all of your pollinators.\u00a0Once you have completed the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1wJFXiDuzjNNy3K5dJ5kxUBhPnb-FLJ29ZT8sIPDbdlM\/edit\">Project Planner<\/a><\/strong>, submit it to Hero Headquarters using the form below (Educator must be logged in to submit!.<\/p>\n\t\t<h4>Design<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/herofortheplanet.org\/pollinators\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2019\/02\/planing-design.png\" alt=\"planing-design\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"800\" width=\"800\" title=\"planing-design\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\t\t<p>Well designed projects are SMART &#8211; <strong>S<\/strong>pecific, <strong>M<\/strong>easurable, <strong>A<\/strong>chievable, <strong>R<\/strong>elevant, and <strong>T<\/strong>imely. Where can you get the materials you need?
